Limits are the numbers that come from both the right and the left of a number on a graph but never are the touch it. Limits exist when both sides approach the same number, if this doesn't happen it is not a limit. Looking from the right until it stop then looking at the left from where it begins shows where the discontinuity of the function.
When finding zeros, the degree of the first x is the number of zeros that need to be found, however, it there may be more zeros that are just repeated. |
